Your books are product data, not marketing material.

Early-access information

If you join the early-access list, we collect your email address and firm-size selection. If you email us, we collect the information you choose to send. We use this to manage access, honor the early-access offer, prevent abuse, and respond to product or privacy questions.

Product workspace information

When you use Accountant Included, the product may process books, source documents, prompts, outputs, review decisions, approvals, workspace activity, user invites, settings, and support messages.

• Customer data stays owned by the customer.
• Product access is limited to providing, securing, supporting, debugging, and improving the customer-facing service.
• We do not use customer accounting data to train public models by default.

Website data is not the same as accounting data

The public website handles lightweight waitlist and contact information. Accountant Included product data is more sensitive and is handled separately because books, source documents, prompts, outputs, review decisions, and workspace activity can contain confidential business records.

Accounting records and source documents

Customer books, source documents, prompts, outputs, and review decisions are used to provide the service to that customer. This includes drafting accounting work, explaining the reasoning, preserving evidence, and routing decisions for review.

• If we use de-identified or aggregated operational data, it will not identify a customer, counterparty, or individual.
• Accounting records may need export, retention, deletion, audit-log preservation, and statutory recordkeeping rules.
• Customers should have a practical export path for their books and source records.

AI model providers

Accountant Included may use third-party AI model providers to draft accounting work, summarize source documents, or answer product questions. We send the information needed for the requested workflow and configure providers so customer books, source documents, prompts, and outputs are not used to train public models by default.

Service providers and integrations

We may use vendors for hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments, customer support, authentication, and product integrations. Product integrations may involve accounting systems, banks, payroll providers, PEPPOL / InvoiceNow providers, payment processors, and communication channels when you connect them.

• Connected services remain subject to their own privacy policies and terms.
• Integration data is accessed only with the authorization needed to provide the requested workflow.
• We will maintain subprocessors and cross-border transfer details as product access expands.

Retention, export, and deletion

You can ask us to remove your waitlist record by emailing hello@lyfincld.com. Product workspaces need separate export, retention, deletion, audit-log preservation, and statutory recordkeeping rules because accounting records may need to survive longer than ordinary support messages.

• Accounting records may need to be retained even when account access ends.
• Audit logs may need a different retention period from drafts, uploads, and support messages.
• Customers should have a practical export path for their books and source records.

Security posture

We design around tenant isolation, audit logs, immutable posted records, and limited access to customer data. Access to production data is limited to the people and systems needed to run, secure, support, and debug the service.

Your choices

Email hello@lyfincld.com to update or delete waitlist information, ask privacy questions, or request help with product data. Accountant Included workspaces support administration, user invites, access revocation, export, deletion requests, and marketing opt-out as those surfaces become available.
